Accessibility Statement

1. Who we are

KegelPro is a pelvic floor training app. The website and the service are operated by DATA LABS L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our service independently, equally and with dignity, and we work to make this website accessible in the spirit of Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the regulations made under it.

2. What this statement covers

This statement covers the website getkegelpro.com, including:

• the home page, the information pages (/learn/, /compare/), the support page and the policy pages;
• the personalisation quizzes (/q/) in each of their languages;
• the Hebrew partner funnel (/naturalboost/);
• the account area (/account/).

It does not cover the KegelPro apps for iOS and Android. The apps are distributed through the App Store and Google Play, and their store pages are operated by Apple and Google. For questions or requests about the apps' accessibility, contact us using the details in section 6.

The privacy policy, terms of use and support page are currently available in English only. If you need their content explained in Hebrew, contact us and we will help.

3. Conformance level

We work to meet the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines", which is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 at level AA.

Conformance status: partial. We do not claim full conformance on every page of this site. All of the adjustments in section 4 have been implemented in the partner funnel (/naturalboost/) and on this page. The rest of the site has the general adjustments in section 4.1, with the exceptions listed in section 5.

4. Adjustments we have made

4.1 General adjustments across the site

• everything can be operated with a keyboard alone, in a logical order;
• a clearly visible focus indicator on the active element;
• text-to-background colour contrast of at least level AA;
• each page declares its language and direction in code, so Hebrew content is shown right to left and screen readers read it in the right language;
• text alternatives for meaningful images and illustrations; decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology;
• text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality;
• the site respects the system "reduce motion" setting and turns animations off when it is on;
• a "Skip to content" link at the top of pages to bypass the navigation;
• a hierarchical heading structure and semantic HTML regions (header, navigation, main content, footer).

4.2 Additional adjustments in the partner funnel (/naturalboost/)

• moving between quiz steps is announced to screen readers (aria-live);
• every form field has a label, and error messages are linked to the field they refer to;
• tap and click targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels;
• no time limit for completing the quiz or reading the content on the funnel pages.

5. Parts that are not fully accessible

• Payment through Whop. Subscriptions bought on this website are paid for in a checkout form provided by Whop, either embedded in our page or shown on whop.com. That component is operated by a third party and is outside our control, so we cannot guarantee its accessibility. If you have trouble paying, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
• Time-limited offer in the English quiz. At the end of the English quiz (/q/) an introductory price is shown with a countdown timer. When it runs out the introductory price is no longer available (the regular plan stays available), and the time cannot be extended from the page. If you need more time because of a disability, contact us.
• App stores. The download badges on this site lead to the App Store and Google Play pages, which are operated by Apple and Google and are outside our control.
• "Skip to content" link. The install page (/install/) and the account area (/account/) do not have this link yet.
• Language versions. Some language versions of this site were prepared with the help of translation tools and their review by native speakers is not yet complete. If any wording is unclear, please contact us.

This site does not currently publish downloadable documents (such as PDF files).
