1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the KegelPro iOS app and this website. By using either one, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them. They are written in plain language on purpose, and they mean what they say.
You must be at least 13 years old to use KegelPro. It is designed for adults.
2. Medical disclaimer
This is the most important section on the page, so it is reproduced here in full and in the same words the app shows you before you start.
KegelPro is a general wellness and fitness app. It is intended to help you learn about and exercise your pelvic floor muscles as part of a healthy lifestyle.
KegelPro is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It has not been evaluated or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or by any other regulatory authority.
The content in this app — including exercise programs, articles, timers, and progress tracking — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, examination, or treatment. No doctor-patient, physiotherapist-patient, or other clinical relationship is created by your use of this app.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting this or any exercise program, particularly if you have or suspect any medical condition, have had prostate or pelvic surgery, are taking medication, or have any of the symptoms listed in our Safety section.
Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience pain, bleeding, difficulty passing urine, or any new or worsening symptom. Pelvic floor exercise should never be painful.
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read or done in this app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Individual results vary. Nothing in this app should be understood as a promise, guarantee, or prediction of any particular outcome.
3. What you can do with KegelPro
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use. The app and this site, including the text, the program design, and the code, stay ours.
Please do not copy or resell the content, reverse engineer the app except where the law says you may, or attack, overload, or probe our systems. Please do not use the app in a way that breaks the law where you are.
4. Your side of it
You decide whether this training is appropriate for you, and you are responsible for training within your limits. Follow the technique guidance, do not push through pain, and back off when the app tells you to. If you are recovering from surgery or an injury, or you have symptoms that concern you, speak with a clinician first.
5. No warranty
KegelPro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not promise that the app or the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, that any defect will be fixed, or that the content is complete or current. We do not promise any particular result from training. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of KegelPro.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. The optional email list
Giving us an email address is optional everywhere it is offered, and the consent box is never pre-ticked. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and you can ask us to delete the stored address at any time. What we store and why is set out in the privacy policy.
8. Changes and availability
We may update the app, this site, and these terms. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use KegelPro after that means you accept the change. We may also stop offering the app or any part of it, though we will not take your on-device data with us when we do — it is on your phone, and it stays there until you delete it.
