What KegelPro is
KegelPro is a guided pelvic floor training app for men, for iPhone. A short setup sets your starting level, then the app runs your sessions: a visual and haptic pacer counts every squeeze, hold, and release so you do not have to count in your head.
The program runs across 25 levels, based on training protocols used in clinical research. Hold length, reps, and quick-flick work step up as you build, and ease off after time away. Sessions are short and there are normally two a day, one endurance-biased and one speed-biased.
It is free. There is no subscription, no paywall, and no locked content. There is no account, no sign-up, and it works offline.
Frequently asked
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No to both. There is nothing to sign into and nothing to sync. The app runs entirely on your iPhone and works in airplane mode. The only time it touches the network at all is if you choose to give us an email address for the weekly recap.
How do reminders work?
Turn on daily reminders in Settings and pick the times you will actually train, adding or removing times as you like. The wording stays neutral: "Time for your training". There is also an optional streak saver, which adds one late nudge on days you have not trained yet. If you deny the iOS notification permission, everything else in the app still works.
What is discreet mode?
A switch in Settings that strips your notifications back to the app name and one neutral line, so nothing on your lock screen describes what the training is. Separately, you can set cues to haptics only, or silence them completely and use the on-screen pacer, which means a session at a desk or on a train looks like nothing at all.
What is the self-test?
A guided measurement of how long you can hold a contraction. You press and hold a button for exactly as long as you hold the squeeze, and let go of both together. You can run it whenever you like, and the app can suggest one every two weeks as a card on the Progress tab. That suggestion is never a notification, so nothing about it reaches your lock screen.
It is a proxy, not a clinical measurement, and it exists so your progress line means something over months.
Can I change my level, or start over?
Yes. Settings lets you set your starting level by hand at any time, and lets you retake the setup quiz. Retaking it keeps your training history and your streak, and changes only your answers and your level.
How do I delete my data?
Settings has a "Delete all training data" button, which removes your session history, streaks, self-test results, and setup answers from the device. Deleting the app does the same thing. Since none of that data was ever sent to us, deleting the app is a complete deletion — there is no server-side copy anywhere.
The one exception is an email address, if you gave us one. To have that deleted, write to us and ask. See the privacy policy for the detail.
How do I stop the emails?
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and clicking it stops the mail. If you would rather have the address deleted outright, email us and we will delete it and confirm. You never need an account to do either.
When is it out, and what does it cost?
It is not on the App Store yet. Join the waitlist on the home page and we will email you when it goes live. It is free, with no subscription.
Something hurts, or something has changed.
Stop, and speak to a qualified healthcare professional. Pelvic floor exercise should never be painful, and the app is a training tool, not medical care.
