1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the KegelPro apps for iPhone and Android and this website. By using either one, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them. They are written in plain language on purpose, and they mean what they say.

You must be at least 13 years old to use KegelPro. It is designed for adults.

2. Medical disclaimer

This is the most important section on the page, so it is reproduced here in full and in the same words the app shows you before you start.

KegelPro is a general wellness and fitness app. It is intended to help you learn about and exercise your pelvic floor muscles as part of a healthy lifestyle.

KegelPro is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It has not been evaluated or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or by any other regulatory authority.

The content in this app — including exercise programs, articles, timers, and progress tracking — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, examination, or treatment. No doctor-patient, physiotherapist-patient, or other clinical relationship is created by your use of this app.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting this or any exercise program, particularly if you have or suspect any medical condition, have had prostate or pelvic surgery, are taking medication, or have any of the symptoms listed in our Safety section.

Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience pain, bleeding, difficulty passing urine, or any new or worsening symptom. Pelvic floor exercise should never be painful.

Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read or done in this app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Individual results vary. Nothing in this app should be understood as a promise, guarantee, or prediction of any particular outcome.

3. What you can do with KegelPro

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use. The app and this site, including the text, the program design, and the code, stay ours.

Please do not copy or resell the content, reverse engineer the app except where the law says you may, or attack, overload, or probe our systems. Please do not use the app in a way that breaks the law where you are.

4. Your side of it

You decide whether this training is appropriate for you, and you are responsible for training within your limits. Follow the technique guidance, do not push through pain, and back off when the app tells you to. If you are recovering from surgery or an injury, or you have symptoms that concern you, speak with a clinician first.

5. Subscriptions, trials, billing and refunds

Free content and Pro. The app identifies the levels available free on your installation. Level 1 is included; some versions or configurations include additional free levels. The relaxation track, technique and safety guidance remain free. Pro unlocks the remaining levels through Level 25 and the emphasis plans.

Web plans. The available offers are USD 1.00 for the first 7 days, USD 14.99 for the first 30 days, USD 24.99 for the first 90 days, a USD 11.99 offer for the first 30 days, and the regular USD 29.99 plan for 30 days. Each renews at USD 29.99 every 30 days until cancelled. Introductory plans charge the stated amount today; they are not free trials. The price and any applicable tax shown at checkout apply.

Some offer pages reached from Google Search show a different set of web plans: USD 6.99 for the first 7 days or USD 15.19 for the first 30 days, each then USD 31.00 every 30 days; USD 25.99 for the first 90 days, then USD 53.04 every 90 days; second-discount offers of USD 5.50 for the first 7 days or USD 11.99 for the first 30 days (then USD 31.00 every 30 days) and USD 21.49 for the first 90 days (then USD 53.04 every 90 days); and, after that page's offer ends, the regular USD 31.00 plan for 30 days or USD 53.04 plan for 90 days, each renewing at the same price until cancelled.

App subscriptions and existing subscribers. Apple or Google bills subscriptions bought in the app at the price and any trial terms shown in that store. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at.

Renewal, in writing. Checkout and your receipt show today's charge and when the next charge is due. Cancelling before renewal stops future charges; it does not refund a payment already made. Our refund policy is described below.

Who takes the money. If you subscribed inside the app on iPhone or on Android, Apple or Google takes the payment under its own terms and bills you directly. Payments on this website are processed by Whop, and the charge appears on your statement as WHOP* KEGELPRO, which is the line to look for if you do not recognise it.

How to cancel. Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed, because whoever took your money is the only one who can stop taking it.

App Store (iPhone or iPad): open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose KegelPro, and cancel. Apple handles the cancellation.
Google Play (Android): open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose KegelPro, and cancel. Google handles the cancellation.
This website: go to your KegelPro account and sign in with the email address you used to buy. Your KegelPro membership is there, and you can cancel it yourself.

Uninstalling the app or unsubscribing from our emails does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your KegelPro account through the app or account portal stops web renewals at the end of the current period. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must still be cancelled in the store.

What cancelling does. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end the period you have already paid for: you keep Pro until that period runs out, and then it stops. We do not pro-rate a part-used month.

Refunds. All payments are non-refundable, including introductory payments and renewals, except where the law requires a refund or one of the guarantees below applies. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

30-day money-back guarantee. It applies only to subscriptions purchased from a KegelPro offer page that displays the 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Where an offer page shows the guarantee on your trial payment instead, only the trial-payment guarantee below applies. For those subscriptions, the first payment is refunded in full on request, no questions asked: email support@getkegelpro.com from the address you used to buy within 30 days of that first payment. With that refund we also cancel the subscription, so nothing renews. Renewal charges, and purchases from any other page, offer or app store, are not covered and follow the refund policy above.

30-day money-back guarantee on your trial payment. It applies only to the 7-day trial (USD 1.00) purchased from a KegelPro offer page that displays the 30-day money-back guarantee on your trial payment. That trial payment is refunded in full on request, no questions asked: email support@getkegelpro.com from the address you used to buy within 30 days of that trial payment. With that refund we also cancel the subscription, so nothing renews after it. Only the trial payment is covered: the renewal (USD 29.99 every 30 days, the first one charged when the 7-day trial ends) and every later payment, other plans bought from the same page (30-day, 90-day and monthly plans), and purchases from any other page, offer or app store are not covered and follow the refund policy above.

If you subscribed on the App Store or on Google Play, we cannot issue a refund, because we never received your payment — the store did. Those refunds are handled by Apple or by Google under their own policies, and you ask them directly.

If you are in the EU or the UK. By starting a trial, an introductory plan or a subscription you request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that, once access starts, you lose the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

If the price changes. New offers may have different prices. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at. The price shown at checkout applies to a new subscription.

6. No warranty

KegelPro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not promise that the app or the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, that any defect will be fixed, or that the content is complete or current. We do not promise any particular result from training. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of KegelPro.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Email addresses and the email list

The app requires an email address where its account gate is shown. The website quiz requires an email address to continue to the plan offer; it does not ask for your first name. Its required checkbox requests your plan and tips to help you stick with it, and permits sending your starting level and phase. Your detailed quiz answers stay in the browser tab.

In Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, the plan request is used as implied consent for plan offers and follow-ups, with an unsubscribe option. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and when the region is unknown or outside those countries, the email screen shows a separate unticked box for tips and offers. Leaving it unticked does not block checkout. Receipts and necessary account messages are separate. See the privacy policy and account deletion page for details.

9. Changes and availability

We may update the app, this site, and these terms. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use KegelPro after that means you accept the change. We may also stop offering the app or any part of it, though we will not take your on-device data with us when we do — it is on your phone, and it stays there until you delete it.

KegelPro is published by DATA LABS L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the company you are contracting with, and the company behind any subscription you buy on this website.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence. Where those rights give you more than these terms do — including any statutory right to cancel, to a refund, or to bring a claim in your local courts — they apply.
