What KegelPro is

KegelPro is a guided pelvic floor training app for men, for iPhone and Android. A short setup sets your starting level, then the app runs your sessions: a visual and haptic pacer counts every squeeze, hold, and release so you do not have to count in your head.

The program runs across 25 levels, based on training protocols used in clinical research. Hold length, reps, and quick-flick work step up as you build, and ease off after time away. Sessions are short and there are normally two a day, one endurance-biased and one speed-biased.

Level 1 is free. So are every article, all of the safety guidance, the self-test, your progress and your streaks, and they stay free. It works offline. On Android, setup creates a free account with your email address. There is no password: signing in, for example to unlock a purchase made on this website, uses a one-time code sent to your email. Pro is levels 2 to 25 and the emphasis plans, with self-serve cancellation at any time. What it costs depends on where you subscribe; see below.

Frequently asked

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

On Android, setup asks for an email address and creates a free account. There is no password: when you need to sign in, the app emails you a one-time code. On iPhone the email is optional. Either way there is nothing to sync — the app runs entirely on your phone and trains in airplane mode.

How do reminders work?

Turn on daily reminders in Settings and pick the times you will actually train, adding or removing times as you like. The wording stays neutral: "Time for your training". There is also an optional streak saver, which adds one late nudge on days you have not trained yet. If you deny the iOS notification permission, everything else in the app still works.

What is discreet mode?

A switch in Settings that strips your notifications back to the app name and one neutral line, so nothing on your lock screen describes what the training is. Separately, you can set cues to haptics only, or silence them completely and use the on-screen pacer, which means a session at a desk or on a train looks like nothing at all.

What is the self-test?

A guided measurement of how long you can hold a contraction. You press and hold a button for exactly as long as you hold the squeeze, and let go of both together. You can run it whenever you like, and the app can suggest one every two weeks as a card on the Progress tab. That suggestion is never a notification, so nothing about it reaches your lock screen.

It is a proxy, not a clinical measurement, and it exists so your progress line means something over months.

Can I change my level, or start over?

Yes. Settings lets you set your starting level by hand at any time, up to the highest level your plan unlocks, and lets you retake the setup quiz. Retaking it keeps your training history and your streak, and changes only your answers and your level.

How do I delete my data?

Settings has a "Delete all training data" button, which removes your session history, streaks, self-test results, and setup answers from the device. Deleting the app does the same thing. Unless you switched on the weekly progress report, none of that data was ever sent to us, so deleting the app is a complete deletion. If you did switch the report on, turning it off in Settings deletes the summary we hold, and so does deleting your account.

The one exception is your account email address. To have the account and that address deleted, follow the steps on the account deletion page.

How do I stop the emails?

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and clicking it stops the mail. If you would rather have the address deleted outright, email us and we will delete it and confirm. You never need an account to do either.

When is it out, and what does it cost?

It is out now on both stores: KegelPro on Google Play and KegelPro on the App Store. Level 1 is free. Pro is levels 2 to 25.

In the App Store and Google Play, the store shows the price and any free trial before you subscribe. A store trial you do not cancel becomes a paid monthly subscription on the day it ends, and the app store (Google Play, or Apple on iPhone) emails you before that happens.

On this website, Pro starts at $1 for 7 days, then $29.99 every 30 days until you cancel. The quiz can also show introductory options such as $14.99 for the first 30 days or $24.99 for the first 90 days, each then $29.99 every 30 days. Prices are in US dollars, and the exact amount and first renewal date are shown before you pay.

If you subscribed on this website instead of in a store, that subscription is billed through Whop, and the charge appears on your statement as WHOP* KEGELPRO, which is the line to look for if you do not recognise it. The date of your first charge is shown to you at checkout, before you pay, and again in your receipt. Unlocking Pro in the app with a web purchase is live now on iPhone; it arrives in the next app update for Android.

Prices in the App Store and Google Play are set per country and can differ from the web price. A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play stays on that platform. Web Pro works on iPhone and Android.

Your training history is stored on your device and is not restored after reinstalling.

How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?

Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed, because whoever took your money is the only one who can stop taking it.

  • App Store (iPhone or iPad): open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose KegelPro, and cancel. Apple handles the cancellation.
  • Google Play (Android): open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose KegelPro, and cancel. Google handles the cancellation.
  • This website: go to your KegelPro account and sign in with the email address you used to buy. Your KegelPro membership is there, and you can cancel it yourself.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end the period you have already paid for: you keep Pro until that period runs out, and then it stops. Deleting the app does not cancel anything — a subscription has to be cancelled where it was bought.

Refunds. Payments on this website are non-refundable, including introductory payments and renewals, except where the law requires a refund. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you subscribed on the App Store or on Google Play, we cannot issue a refund, because we never received your payment — the store did. Those refunds are handled by Apple or by Google under their own policies, and you ask them directly. The full terms are on the terms page.

Something hurts, or something has changed.

Stop, and speak to a qualified healthcare professional. Pelvic floor exercise should never be painful, and the app is a training tool, not medical care.
